Triangular impression fracture of the anterior superior humeral head. Haemorrhage, probably rupture of the middle glenohomeral ligament. Postero-inferior labroligamentous lesion of the glenoid (reverse Bankart).
The articular surface of the humeral head is involved in about half of these fractures following posterior shoulder dislocation, also known as reverse Hill-Sachs lesions.
