Unicornuate uterus

Spontaneous miscarriage 18 months ago. At time of study, the patient is preparing to get pregnant again. No symptoms.

Patient Data

Age: 24
Gender: Female

Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) shows right unicornuate uterus that appears elongated. There is only one solitary Fallopian tube (right tube) that drains into the peritoneal space. There is not a rudimentary contralateral horn.

Case Discussion

Unicornuate uterus with a right horn and patent right fallopian tube.
