2D gray scale ultrasound raised the possibility of a unicornuate uterus deviated to the left side. HSG was subsequently performed.

Endometrial lining deviated to left side. No endometrial widening is noted near the fundus

Imaging findings of a unicornuate uterus, which were subsequently confirmed with hysteroscopy.
