The uterine cavity appears curved and banana shaped, with tapering on one end leading to the tube. Good spillage noted on the right side. The left cornua is not visualized however the fallopian tube on the left can be seen after contrast filling. This suggests a rudimentary horn. The findings are consistent with unicornuate uterus.
