Uterus is a unicornuate with right rudimentary horn and single cervix showing communication with the left horn. The left horn of the uterus shows a normal endomyometrial junctional zone. The right horn of the uterus shows a distended endometrial cavity showing a heterogenous signal with layering of fluid suggestive of hematometra. Bilateral ovaries are normal.
