Presentation

Right flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

Voiding cystourethrogram demonstrates small and trabeculated urinary bladder with reflux into right kidney, with severe dilatation of the right ureter and renal collecting system. The urethra appears normal. 

Case Discussion

This case illustrates right sided grade V vesicoureteric reflux without duplex anatomy or posterior urethral valves.
