Heavy smoker. Hematuria. Previous ultrasound showed an endoluminal nodule in the region of the anterior wall of the bladder, suggestive of bladder cancer.

Case Discussion
Carcinomas of the urachus are extremely rare neoplasms.
The patient underwent surgery that confirmed the diagnosis of urachal adenocarcinoma.
