Two radiodense foreign bodies projected in the midline over the urethra.
Case Discussion
There are two magnets within the urethra which are stuck to each other. The urethra is expanded in diameter as it is stretched around the magnets.
They were removed surgically. He hasn't returned to any of his planned follow up. Risk of urethral stricture would be a concern.
