Info

There is a large pre-uterine intraperitoneal collection with an air-fluid level, extending to the pelvic wall. Enlarged uterus with mixed air-and fluid-filled collection within the uterine cavity in continuity with the pre-uterine collection through a defect of the anterior uterine wall at the incision site in keeping with dehiscence of the lower segment cesarean section incision.
