Bilateral symmetrical enlarged hypoechoic heterogeneous cord-like structure (vas deferens) in retrotesticular region and continues through the inguinal canal till internal inguinal ring. They show mild increased vascularity and increased echogenicity of surrounding tissues.
Normal both testes and epididymides with no inflammatory changes.
Case Discussion
Features are in keeping with bilateral vasitis. It is a rare cause of inguinoscrotal pain, that results from retrograde infection from urinary tract. It is usually self-limiting and treated with antibiotics.
