Fall of the own height, with cranio-encephalic and ocular trauma. Diabetic and hypertensive patient.

Age: 95 years
Gender: Female

Retinal/vitreous hemorrhage is seen in the left eye.


Case Discussion

The most common causes of vitreous hemorrhage are ocular trauma, diabetic retinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, retinal detachment or tear.
