Patient complains of left cheek pain and swelling after fight

Age: 35
Gender: Male

NECT shows fracture of left zygomatic arch, as well as fracture of lateral wall of left orbit and fracture of anterior wall of maxillary sinus. There are also mild soft tissue swelling of the left cheek.

Case Discussion

Zigomaticomaxillary complex fracture or tripod fracture is type of fracture where fracture lines involve zygomatic arch, lateral and inferior orbital walls, anterior or posterior or bouth walls of maxillary sinus.
