McCune-Albright syndrome is characterized by endocrine, bone and cutaneous affection. In this case, there is a patient with craniofacial fibrous dysplasia a subtype of the fibrous dysplasia spectrum, which involves skull and facial bones. Fibrous dysplasia seems to be the most common component of McCune Albright syndrome.
