Kommerell diverticulum

Discussion:

The right aortic arch is an uncommon vascular anomaly associated with variant branch anatomy. Aberrant left subclavian artery and Kommerell diverticulum can cause tracheoesophageal compression due to its size and location. Aneurysmal dilatation can be complicated by dissection or rupture.
