T-shaped uterus

Discussion:

A T-shaped uterus refers to a specific radiographic appearance of the endometrial cavity and is classified as a class VII Müllerian duct anomaly. It is the most commonly associated abnormality from in utero DES exposure. However, this appearance can also be seen in adult women with severe estrogen deficiencies, and patients who were taking oral contraceptives for long periods.
