This is a case of Langerhans' cell histiocytosis.

Following the CT, the patient was scheduled for a left wedge lung biopsy. The specimen was positive for CD1a and S-100. These findings are consistent with pulmonary Langerhans cell histocytosis with eosinophilic granuloma.
