Coronary angiogram report:
Right radial artery access was achieved a 6 French sheath was inserted using standard Seldinger technique we used a 5 French JL 3.5 and JR4 diagnostic catheters along with a pigtail catheter for left ventriculogram.
Left mainstem smooth and unobstructed
LAD mild atheroma with irregularity of less than 40% in angiographic severity
Circumflex nondominant unobstructed throughout
RCA dominant vessel unobstructed throughout
Recrossed aortic valve we measured the LVEDP which was 7 mmHg.
Her LV function was mildly dilated and globally impaired with severe systolic dysfunction with an estimated LVEF of 30 to 35%.
