Dilated left ventricle (indexed left ventricular end diastolic volume of 96ml/m2) with impaired systolic function (29%). There is septal dyssonchrony with generalized hypokinesia which more profoundly affects the septal and inferior walls.
Non-specific linear septal midwall enhancement. No subendocardial enhancement to suggest a prior infarct.
Overall appearances are compatible with a non-ischaemic dilated cardiomyopathy.
