The right fallopian tube is fluid-filled and in close proximity to a right adnexal collection. An intrauterine contraceptive device is in situ. 

Case Discussion

CT demonstrates the right fallopian tube to be fluid-filled and in close proximity to a right adnexal collection. An ICD is in situ. 

Features are those of a tubo-ovarian abscess and pyosalpinx.
