An oval-shaped isodense expansile osteolytic lesion at the apex of left petrous bone with thin smooth borders. Normal adjacent bone matrix.

Left petrous apex shows an oval-shaped lesion with high signal intensity on T1 and mixed layered signal intensity on T2 with hypointense lower layer. Smooth hypointense margins of the lesion.
