Case Discussion
Subdural hygromas have more than one cause, but the most common reason is traumatic.
Is typically an asymptomatic finding on CT studies, but in some cases may increase in size (flap-valve mechanism or bleeding) and cause mass effect (similar to clinical findings on subdural hematoma).
