Persistent primitive trigeminal artery- Saltzman type II

An artery is seen arising from the junction between the petrous and cavernous right internal carotid artery and supplying the right superior cerebellar artery consistent with persistent primitive trigeminal artery.
The vertebrobasilar arteries appear small with bilateral fetal posterior cerebral arteries.
The sagittal T1 demonstrates the tau sign.
