Severe first carpometacarpal osteoarthritis.

Distal radioulnar joint osteoarthritis can occur in isolation or with other carpal joints also affected. Common causes include trauma, chronic instability, inflammatory arthritis, or infection. Treatment options include capsular release, resection arthropathy, arthrodesis or joint replacement.
