  • multiple bony outgrowths arise from the distal femur and proximal tibia and fibula
  • the cortex of these bony excrescences is continuous with the parent bone
  • these sessile and pedunculated bony excrescences are compatible with osteochondromas
  • mild joint effusion
  • baker cyst along with the posteromedial aspect of knee joint
  • horizontal degenerative tear along with medial meniscus body and posterior horn

Case Discussion

Multiple osteochondromas in a patient are consistent with multiple hereditary exostoses.
