- multiple bony outgrowths arise from the distal femur and proximal tibia and fibula
- the cortex of these bony excrescences is continuous with the parent bone
- these sessile and pedunculated bony excrescences are compatible with osteochondromas
- mild joint effusion
- baker cyst along with the posteromedial aspect of knee joint
- horizontal degenerative tear along with medial meniscus body and posterior horn
Case Discussion
Multiple osteochondromas in a patient are consistent with multiple hereditary exostoses.
