A 48× 45× 35 mm well-defined soft tissue density mildly enhancing mass is noted in the left upper neck space. The mass causes a pressure effect on the adjacent internal jugular vein without invasion.

In imaged portions of the paranasal sinuses, mucosal thickening and retention cysts are seen in the left maxillary sinus

The patient underwent the left neck mass excision, and histopathology evaluation with IHC confirmed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
