With contrast media injection through a foley catheter, the urinary bladder with a slightly trabeculated margin is visualized, and there is evidence of passive grade 4 vesicoureteric reflux on the left side.

In addition, degenerative changes such as osteophytosis are seen in the lumbar spine.
