Large joint effusion containing "rice" bodies indicative of synovitis. Subtle bone erosion involving the bicipital groove, greater tuberosity and humeral head with bone marrow edema Thinning of articular cartilage.

Left shoulder shows similar features to the right. 

Sterno-clavicular joints also inflamed especially on the left.
