A curvilinear (ribbon) structure of high T1 and T2 signal, seen around the splenium of the corpus callosum with no corpus callosum dysplasia, in keeping with curvilinear corpus callosum lipoma.
Case Discussion
Pericallosal region is the most common location for intracranial lipoma, accounting for about 50% of them.
