Conglomerate ring enhancing lesions are seen in conus medullaris with associated cord edema

Case Discussion

Patient's chest X-ray and brain screening was normal. No other lesion identified in spine.

This is a characteristic, yet rare case of spinal cord tuberculoma in conus medullaris.

Patient was given ATT and followed up. Patient completely responded to treatment on follow-up MRI (done somewhere else). Diagnosis of tuberculoma was virtually confirmed.
