T2 hypointense nodule at the base of the left prostate side lobe extending beyond the capsule. Involvement of left seminal bladder cannot be excluded. Disseminated osteoblastic skeletal metastases.
Case Discussion
Although this advanced case might have been diagnosed by more traditional methods, it nicely demonstrates the MRI features of prostate cancer: bright on DWI, dark on ADC and T2, early contrast enhancement and early wash-out.
