Sternotomy for AVR surgery. Bilateral hilar prominence; pulmonary arteries dilatation? On the lateral view, possibility of an enormous aortic pseudoaneurysm vs enormous pulmonary trunk. Those findings weren't present in previous chest x-rays, before the surgery.
