Presentation
Intermittent anterior right hip pain.
Patient Data

10cc of dilute gadoteridol 4mmol/l
MRI arthrogram of the right hip a large detached tear involving the anterior, and anterior superior right acetabular labrum. There is also a small tear in the posterior labrum. A small focal cartilage defect posterior aspect of right femoral head, partial thickness is also seen. There is thinning of the right femoral head articular cartilage superolaterally.
Case Discussion
These relatively large right anterior and anterior superior acetabular labral tears were a somewhat unexpected finding given the intermittent, quite mild symptoms.
