A well defined dumbbell shaped intradural extramedullary lesion that shows avid enhancement following IV contrast administration. Localized remodeling and widening of neural foramen is noted.
Case Discussion
Features consistent of spinal schwannoma (pathologically proven).
Differential diagnosis includes neurofibroma.
