CT whole body multiphases protocol allows to assessment of vascular lesions during an arterial phase as defect of enhancement of left renal artery and the absence of nephorografic effect on the left during the nephrographic phase at 70's.
Case Discussion
CT multiphase protocol study for suspected renal lesions includes a phase without contrast, an arterial phase to evaluate vascular lesions, a nephrographic phase to assess the parenchyma and a late phase to assess the urinary tract. CT whole body multiphase protocol with bolus tracking allows assessment of renal artery thrombosis during the arterial phase as enhancement defect of renal artery and absence of nephorographic effect during the neproghraphic phase at 70s.
The incidence of renal injures increases in preexisting congenital or acquired renal pathology.
