Case Discussion

Rheumatoid disease is a multi-system disorder, most associated with musculoskeletal manifestations.

It is usually a seropositive arthrititis, characterized by an erosive arthropathy.

A large component of modern care of these diseases is early aggressive treatment, including with biological therapies, before the radiographic findings become apparent.

The patient was a known rheumatoid arthritis sufferer.
