Curvilinear midline space occupying lesion is seen extending over the superior margin of the posterior aspect of the corpus callosum body, curving over the posterior margin of the splenium through the retro-thalamic cistern, it follows fat signal on all sequences.

Case Discussion

pericallosal lipoma is a fat containing lesion occurring in the interhemispheric fissure closely related to the corpus callosum which is often abnormal. It is the most common location for an intracranial lipoma.

No evidence of corpus callosum agenesis or hypoplasia.
