Enlarged testis with coarse echotexture and hypoechogenic areas, cystic parenchymal lesions with fluid-fluid level and increased pericystic blood flow.

Same patient, follow-up 5 days later. Numerous hypoechogenic parenchymal lesions with better delineation from healthy parenchyma. Orchiectomy was addressed.
Case Discussion
Testicular abscess needs to be distinguished from other testicular pathology that may present with similar clinical or imaging features.
