Naso-orbitoethmoid (NOE) complex which consists of multiple communited fractures involving the nasal bones and septum, ethmoid sinuses, and medial orbital walls. 

Right Zygomaticomaxillary, zygomaticofrontal (with metallic wires in place) and zygomaticosphenoid (lateral orbital wall) fractures. Intact zygomaticotemporal suture.

Intact pterygoid plates.

Rupture right eye globe with extensive intra-orbital soft tissue thickening and smudging.

Torn right inferior rectus muscle.

Opacification of both maxillary antra, ethmoidal complexes and right frontal sinus.
