Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm

6.3 x 6.3 x 6.2 cm ruptured infrarenal (approximately 1.5 cm inferior to the renal artery) abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Disruption of the calcification posterolaterally on the right at the level of L3/4 with dissociated adjacent epicenter of the hematoma is the likely point of rupture.
Large amount of retroperitoneal hematoma extending from the right posterior pararenal space into the pelvis displacing the duodenum anteriorly.
Conclusion:
Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm.
