Anterior 2 segment plate and screws with intervertebral disc spacers at C4-C6 in keeping with recent ACDF. Alignment is normal and there is no complication of orthopedic hardware. Expected postsurgical prevertebral and lateral neck soft tissue swelling.
Right vascular access catheter in situ (subclavian CVL on CXR).
