Info

There is a well-defined nodular mass of hypoattenuating tissue ( -90HU) seen along the corpus callosal margin. The corpus callosum is hypoplastic/dysgenic with widely spaced ventricles. Features are those of tubulonodular pericallosal lipoma.
Case Discussion
Patient presented with recurrent headaches. No history of seizures. CT findings were typical of tubulonodular pericallosal lipoma with associated callosal dysgenesis. Conservative management was preferred.
