56 yo male presented to ED after fall from height on an outstretched hand. Swelling in the left wrist. Moderate pain with flexion, severe pain with wrist pronation/supination.

Dorsal subcutaneous hematoma seen on lateral view.
Case Discussion
Considering minimal displacement and the fact that the injury was sustained to the non-dominant hand the patient was treated conservativaly with cast immobilization. Follow-up with an orthopedic surgeon.
