Multiple ring-enhancing lesions with few showing eccentric dot within (suggestive of scolex) noted in both supratentorial and infratentorial location. There is perifocal edema.

Case Discussion
This case illustrates typical features of Neurocysticercosis (NCC) in colloidal vesicular stage. Cyst with dot sign can be noticed in a few sections. Patient was started on Albendazole, Phenytoin and Dexamethasone and showed improvement in a few weeks.
