Diffuse undulating subependymal nodules lining both lateral ventricles, showing iso-intense signal to gray matter on all pulse sequences. In addition, several gray matter foci are seen in both corona radiata.
Case Discussion
This is the classical appearance of the most common type of grey matter heterotopia, termed subependymal heterotopia.
