Info

The spinal cord is low lying, terminating at L5 and is split in two from T11 to L4 with a bony septa separating the two sides. This is associated with right sided fusion of L1/2 and L2/3 and a scoliosis. Foetus partially imaged. 

Features are those of diastematomyelia. 

Case Discussion

This patient is now pregnant, had a tethered cord and meningocoele repair as child.
