Non-united scaphoid fracture with degenerative changes at the radial scaphoid fossa, between the scaphoid and the capitate, and possibly between the lunate and scaphoid.
Case Discussion
SNAC wrist is similar to SLAC wrist but is due to a non-united scaphoid fracture rather than scapholunate ligament disruption.
