Info

A 20 x 16 x 15 mm pseudoaneurysm arising from the radial artery is present.
Case Discussion
This is a case of a distal radial artery pseudoaneurysm arising in the setting of previous arterial line insertion with overlying soft tissue infection. The pseudoaneurysm was surgically explored and excised. There was adequate collateral flow from the ulnar artery.
