Displacement of oculus bulbi to anterior.
Free air in oculus bulbus and choroidal detachment. Free air and hematoma in right orbit.
Bullet in the right cerebellar hemisphere, also note bone fragment, hematoma and free air in bullet's pathway.
Case Discussion
This case shows trauma caused by gun. The child was playing with a gun and shot herself. Bullet entered from right orbit and stopped in right cerebellum.
