Bony projection on the inferior border of the lateral third of the clavicle articulating with the coracoid process.
Degenerative changes at the acromioclavicular joint- Osteophytic lipping at the inferior borders of the articular margins, irregularity of the articulating surfaces and subchondral cystic changes.

Case Discussion

The conoid tubercle is a normal anatomical variant. It is the insertion point of the conoid ligament. Most cases are asymptomatic. Symptomatic cases are rare.
