Upper limb numbness and headache for 2 years.
Patient Data
Evidence of T2 and FLAIR periventricular ovoid shaped hyperintense signal (in the right peri callosal /callosal region) showing a perpendicular orientation to the ventricular surface and involvement of the callosal-septal interface.
A tiny hyperintense signal in the right brachium pontus.
Multiple T2 hyperintense intramedullary signal noted at the cervicomedullary junction, cervical cord and the upper dorsal cord with no significant cord swelling.
Case Discussion
The described hyperintense T2 and FLAIR patches noted at the right pericallosal region, right brachium pontus and spinal cord are suggestive of multiple sclerosis with fulfilling the dissemination in space but not time criteria.
